If you never changed the login password, and it always show password incorrect when you login in. Please unload the software and install again.

Firstly, check the unit ID of your old tester and new one to see whether the ID is same or not. If the same, you need to change the new tester unit ID. Please check the information label pasted on your tester. From the equipment label, you can judge your tester belongs to 4000 series or 3000 series.

Generally, the cut-off current is 1% of the battery whole capacity
For 4000 series, only the tester whose voltage is lower than 20V and current is more than 50A can support channel parallel. Two adjacent channels on the same tester can be connected in parallel. The positive current cables and positive voltage cables of two channels need to be connected with battery anode , and negative cables connected battery cathode. Software operation please click here.
If you did not change the password and show password incorrecy, please try to unload the client software and reinstall it again.
In this case, it is possible that the physical and logical order of the control unit and channels did not match, you can restart the control unit, search for tester channels again, and then remap.
Perhaps deleted the configuration file in the client software or server by mistake, it is recommended to update the latest client software.

The sampling time can be set according to your real needs. If it is just grading test, 10s is Okay.
To set different sampling in a test, you are supposed to choose “ Professional Settings” not “ Standard Settings” before editing the step. Then for each step you can enter the sampling time.
If you need to upgrade the software, first make sure previous test data and steps settings have been saved. The previous data and test cannot be continued after the upgrade program.
The large amount of data is because the channel sampling time is too small. You can set a sampling time of 10s or 30s to reduce the number of data records.
