Change tester unit ID( 4000 series)

A control unit can support 80 channels and does not change its frequency. But under a control unit, an unit ID only can be use in a tester. So different tester has different ID. When you purchase a new tester and the unit ID is the same as your old one, how to change it. Please follow me.

1.  Connect your new tester with your control unit, (Note: disconnect your old tester with the control unit)

2.   Install the following software

3. Open the NwMod software

Enter the control unit IP, original unit ID and the new unit ID you want to modify(eg:02). Then click Modify.

4.  Close the tester and restart again, the unit ID will be changed. Then you can connect your two tester with the same control unit.
